Brand Ready Startup Bundle – Terms & Conditions

Full Payment Upfront
Full payment (£449) is required upfront before any work begins.
No work, design, printing, or website development will start until payment has cleared.
Due to the custom nature of this bundle, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.

2. Website – Domain & Hosting
The bundle includes website design only.
Domain name and website hosting are NOT included in the bundle price.
These can be purchased by the client independently or supplied by Crown Print at an additional cost if requested.

3. What’s Included in the Bundle
This bundle includes:
1x Business Website (1-page)
3x Polos or T-Shirts
3x Sweatshirts or Hoodies
2x Softshell Work Jackets
250 Double-Sided Business Cards
Free Logo Design
Free Business Card Design

Any upgrades, extra pages, extra print, or additional garments will be quoted separately.

4. Garment Colours & Availability
A wide range of garment colours is available, subject to supplier availability.
If a chosen colour is unavailable, a suitable alternative will be offered.
Garment brands and models may vary based on stock at the time of order.

5. Sizes & Client Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for supplying correct garment sizes.
Once garments go into production, size changes or replacements will incur additional charges.
Crown Print is not responsible for sizing errors provided by the client.

6. Design Revisions
The bundle includes:
2 logo revisions
2 website revisions
1 business card revision

Any additional revisions are chargeable.
Once designs are approved, no changes can be made without additional cost.

7. Turnaround Time
Production begins only after full payment and final design approval.
Estimated turnaround:
Website: 7–10 working days
Printing & garments: 7–10 working days after approval

Delays caused by late replies, missing content, or late approvals are not the responsibility of Crown Print.

8. No Refund Policy
All products and services in this bundle are custom-made and personalised.
No refunds or cancellations are accepted once production has started, including design, website work, garments, or printing.

9. Colour & Print Tolerance
Slight colour variations may occur between on-screen previews and printed results.
These variations are normal and not considered faults.

10. Client Content & Accuracy
The client is responsible for providing correct business information, text content and images.
Crown Print is not responsible for errors once final approval is given.

11. Missed Communication & Project Pauses
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days, the project may be paused.
After 30 days of no communication, the project may be closed with no refund.

12. Ownership & Usage Rights
Full ownership of the logo and website is transferred only after full payment is received.
Crown Print reserves the right to use completed work for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

13. Offer Limitations
This bundle cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Crown Print reserves the right to withdraw or amend this bundle at any time without notice.
